FACULTY POSITIONS: Assistant Professor, Social Foundations of Education

Faculty Position Announcement

POSITIONS: Assistant Professor, Social Foundations of Education

THE PROGRAM: Social Foundations of Education (SCFD) at OSU is an

history, anthropology, and sociology to analyze educational processes
in their historical, social, and cultural contexts; conceptualize the
goals, purpose, philosophy, and direction of education; and examine

greatly enriched but still deeply troubled by diversity, SCFD provides
much needed theoretical frameworks for discussing and researching

build on current faculty and program strengths, we seek a colleague

doctoral dissertations; and engage in work with local and regional
communities, professional organizations, university extension, and
grantsmanship.
