FACULTY POSITION Assistant Professor in Higher Education

Assistant Professor in Higher Education

The Department of Educational Leadership and Policy (ELP) at the
University of Utah seeks to fill a tenure track position in its Higher
Education program at the Assistant level. We seek a colleague with
strong methodological skills in quantitative methods, the various
research designs associated with these methods, and who understands
the role of leadership and policy in higher education planning,
finance, and resource allocation, higher education governance, or
organizational theory in higher education. We especially encourage
applications from candidates whose scholarship utilizes a critical
lens to inform the educational experiences for members of LGBTQ
communities, women, people of color, and other
underrepresented/underserved student populations.
