Austin in commemoration of the first anniversary of the disappearances of 43 students of Ayotzinapa, Mexico

Dear all,

We invite you all to the activities that will happen in Austin in commemoration of the first anniversary of the disappearances of 43 students of Ayotzinapa, Mexico. This will be part of the global actions for Ayotzinapa,  people from countries around the world asking for justice for the students and their families.
  
First event:
Memorial first anniversary for Ayotzinapa

When? Saturday-  September 26th, 7:00pm-8:30pm
Where? Resistencia bookstore (4926 Cesar Chavez, Austin Texas 78702).

*bring candles and flowers 



Second event:
 Screening and panel discussion of the documentary: Ayotzinapa. Chronicle of a State Crime.
When? Friday- October 2nd 6:20pm-9:00pm
Where? Student Activity Center (SAC)  (2201 Speedway, Austin, TX)
2.410 Ballroom North 
After the screening we will have a panel discussion with UT Professors: Dr. Héctor Dominguez Ruvalcaba (Spanish and Portuguese) and Dr. Gloria González López (Sociology) and Dr. Ariel Dulitzky (Law and chair of the UN's working group on enforced disappearances)
