The 2015 AESA conference will be held from November 11—15, 2015 at the

Room rates are:  $180 for single, double, triple and quad rooms.


The conference rate is available until October 20th, 2015 OR until our

group block is filled, whichever comes first.  Please make your

This is a dedicated booking website specifically for AESA members.

You can use it to make, modify and cancel hotel reservations online,

as well as to take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities or other

accommodate requests beyond our room block or beyond our cutoff date.


In the Hotel


There are several restaurants in the hotel, including Ruth’s Chris

Steakhouse, which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  The

restaurant will be offering some breakfast and lunch specials during

the conference, look for updates in October.  Bar Rojo is open from

3pm—1am and offers drinks and small plate food offerings.  Happy Hour

runs from 3—7pm.  The bar will also be offering some specials during

the conference.  Stay tuned for more information.  There is also a

Perks coffee shop and market for quick breakfast, lunch, and snack

items. There are a lot of other eating options very close to the

hotel, in a variety of price ranges, from coffee shops to sandwich

shops, to gourmet restaurants.  Explore the Riverwalk for a host of

different options.


There is a 24-hour fitness center and a heated outdoor rooftop pool

(open from 6am—10pm).


In our contract, we negotiated free Internet in guest rooms for one

device in each room.


Internet is NOT available in the meeting room spaces.


Parking


Overnight parking for hotel guests is $27 for self-parking and $37 for

valet parking (at the time of this writing).


Getting To The Hotel


The best option to get from the airport to the hotel is the GO Airport

Shuttle.  Fares are $19 one-way and $34 round trip.  You can purchase
