Congratulations Rachel Harmon!  SEF wanted to extend a special congratulations to SELI 2014 Alumni Rachel Harmon, recently selected as a Rhodes Scholar. Rachel worked this past summer in the Mississippi Delta with Better Schools, Better Jobs to advocate for more equitably funding public schools in the state.
