Tenure-Track Assistant Professor Position in the Social Foundations of
Education, Ithaca College
Ithaca College’s Department of Education invites applications for a
tenure-eligible Assistant Professor position for a teacher educator
with a specialty in social foundations of education to join a
collaborative, growing department beginning August 16, 2013. The
position involves teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in
social foundations of education; teaching courses in other areas such
as methods or field-based seminars appropriate for the candidate’s
expertise and the department’s needs; supervising field experiences;
conducting and publishing research; and participating in service to
the department, campus, community, and profession. We seek a creative
